2. Discussion of Goals & Audience
   We’ll briefly discuss your objectives, intended audience, and any stylistic preferences to ensure the final product aligns with your needs.

3. Project Timeline
   You’ll receive a clear turnaround time based on the scope and urgency of your project.

4. Translation & Quality Assurance
   If the timeline is acceptable, I’ll begin work immediately, maintaining close attention to accuracy, tone, and formatting. If applicable, a signed certificate of translation will be included.

5. Open Communication
   You’ll have multiple ways to stay in touch throughout the process. I’ll provide updates and remain available for any questions, changes, or clarifications.

6. Delivery & Follow-Up
   Final files will be delivered in your preferred format. I’ll follow up to ensure everything meets your expectations.
